I’m Zahra.
I am a Heart-Centred Child & Family Therapist and the founder of Kindful Living.
I have been working with children, youth, adults and busy families, just like yours, for over a decade, and guiding them on their journeys towards living more calm and joyful lives.
I am passionate about helping you learn the tools to get out of your head (goodbye constant worrying!) and your own way, and into your heart, so that you can ground in the present moment, create calm, find joy and embrace all the possibilities that await you.
